Email is the contact channel. There is no ticket form and no chat bot. Use this for Grade 1 mapping bugs, chart mistakes, privacy questions, broken links, or short product feedback.
We read mail. Replies may take a few days. The address opens your own mail client - we do not run a message database on this page.
What to include (bugs)
- Page URL (for example /translator or /alphabet)
- What you typed or tapped
- What you expected vs what you saw (Unicode, dots, or a screenshot description)
- Browser and device if the UI looks broken (Chrome / Safari / phone / desktop)
A reproducible example beats a long essay. One wrong letter cell with input → output is enough.
What we can help with
- Grade 1 letter or digit mapping that looks wrong

What we cannot do by email

- Full Grade 2 / Nemeth homework grading
- Custom OCR from photos or phone camera pipelines
